rear brake calipers and slave clutch cylinder rebuild



photos are only in bad quality for now, break caliper photos will be soon, because we used food acid to remove the rust from the caliper surface. so it needs time for the result, i really don't know what to expect, but the people who tried it, says it works. update will be soon..

happy to say that clutch cylinder was rebuilt without problems, took maybe 5-10mins. cylinder was smooth enough, new piston went in with the pressure so i hope that there won't be any leaks in near future. thats all for now..

summary

well :))) :

suspension fully rebuilt with aliuminium subframe bushings, subframe painted with dinitrol( protection from rusting ), all bushings changed to polyurethane, installed new tie rod ends, sway bar links, lower arm ball joints, new brake pipes, godridge brake hoses, front brake calipers upgraded to s14 with oem brembo rotors and greenstuff pads. rear brake calipers need rebuild( will be done soon ), removed diff oil cooler. some harness needed for engine startup was missing so a part of it was soldered. was bought t28 turbo, large fmic. after front brake upgrade wheels didn't fit, so it doesn't have brakes for now( no testdrive :( ) also exhaust is missing and fmic pipework too. thats all for now!
